The hotel is clean and had everything we needed and the parking is discounted from regular public rates which was nice. The outdoor pool was fun. The faculties are a showing their age with some wear and tear (slightly damaged furniture, etc). The service wasn’t friendly or efficient and information about the services snd amenities wasn’t offered.

The Hotel Bonaventure was a perfect base for exploring Montreal. We were able to reach many other areas through the metro or underground city when it was raining without setting foot outdoors. The pool was wonderfully heated, as was the hot tub and sauna. The staff were all welcoming and offered many suggestions for things to do. Our room was comfortable and clean. We had zero complaints!
