La qualité de l’hôtel se dégrade : linge déchiré, pas de service dans les chambres si occupation de deux jours, pas de renouvellement des serviettes, boite de mouchoirs vide, pas d’échangeur d’air fonctionnel, ligne toujours occupée si on cherche à rejoindre la réception, obligée de descendre, carte d’accès à la chambre qui se démagnétise. Pas de stylo à disposition dans les chambres! Bref, c’est dommage mais cet hôtel ressemble de plus en plus à un motel médiocre. Quand on essaye de rejoindre le coordonnateur, pas de retour d’appel. Bref, j’ai fait part de ma déception à Hôtels.com et c’est eux qui m’ont proposé une compensation, car l’hôtel ne fait aucun geste envers la clientèle et ne trouve pas de solution pour aider à avoir un séjour satisfaisant. Je viens tout de même quelques fois et je constate un changement rapport qualité/prix.

Hotel is very nice and comfortable. The rooms are very spacious and it included free hot breakfast which was actually quite good. Front desk staff at check in seemed a bit overwhelmed after a large group which affected my check in but not very much.
