Upon arrival to the room everything looked clean and sanitary. Our only complaint would be that the bedsheets on both our queen size beds had foreign hair on them and we tried to inspect and remove them manually. We are very picky and cleanliness is truly a priority when sleeping in a hotel. No one likes the hairs of others on a bed that you will sleep on. The hairs were long and it left us to presume that the cleaning person whom made the bed was the reason for this. The parking was well lit and we felt it was safe. In future trips to Montreal we may opt to make other arrangements elsewhere.

Our first room smelled like sewage and the headboard had old gum stuck on the side since we checked in right at closing time we were unable to report it until the next day. We got a different room that was better but it already had ruin the experience for us, the nice part was service staff was great!

Room we first checked in was an odor. We mentioned it to front desk and they upgraded us to a beautiful room with jacuzzi and a beautiful shower. It was so nice . The staff was super helpful💕

The room was very clean and inviting. The bed was comfy and the shower relaxing. The tub jets were too laid to relax in but the shower made up for it! Staff was friendly and helpful and the parking lot was well lit and easy to get to.
