Clean, specious room, friendly staff, cheap parking compare to other hotel. Coffee machine in the room as well as spare bedding. The neighbours has been my favourite thing about Montreal, lively, so many restaurants and a lovely 24 hrs open air fruit and veg market. Overall a fantastic stay, would definitely recommend it!

This property should not be listed with parking as the underground parking lot is so small only a few cars in it and they expect you to block people in and you also have to have a very small car to even fit in a space we had to park on the road. The staff are extremely nice , the hotel room is big and clean but there is also no hot water it’s just warm besides the parking and the hot water the hotel is clean and has great rooms!

I stayed in the King Suite on the second floor. It was a very large, spacious and clean room. Everything worked well. Negatives were that it was located above the garage, and you could hear the garage door open and close very loudly, however, I didn't hear it at night. The road noise was also a bit loud, but again, didn't affect my sleep. The mattress was very firm and springy with no mattress topper, and was surprised I still slept well on it. Overall, a great value for a very clean and well situated hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for work for a few days in October 2025 and my experience was really good. The room was huge, and I really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and living space, everything was clean, and I was on a high floor so it was also extremely peaceful. The area is also very walkable and public transport is excellent around the hotel. There is no room service, but they do have a cafe in the lobby of the hotel and there are tons of restaurants all around the hotel, so this was not an issue for me. I would recommend this hotel.

This is very good budget hotel in a great area. Rooms good, and with a good sitting area. Bathroom small but fully functional. Parking fine, but very tight - you may have to be double-parked underground - but easy to get clear. Good cheap breakfast

The room was fabulous, king suite, very clean, comfortable bed very friendly staff the room was very large with great amenities. I will stay here again. Parking is an extra $23.00 under the building.
