We had a wonderful stay at L'APPARTEMENT Hotel. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight was the beautiful porch with a lovely view—perfect for enjoying morning coffee. The service was excellent throughout our visit, and the breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of delicious options. Most impressively, after we checked out, we realized we had forgotten our extra car key in the room. The staff found it and arranged for its safe return to us. Their honesty and professionalism truly stood out. We highly recommend L'APPARTEMENT Hotel to anyone visiting Montreal!

As for getting the additional services (laundry, parking, etc.), it depends on who you talk to: 4 persons gave us different versions of how to request and use them. Maybe the administration should look into modernizing processes, making them simpler and more efficient, for the hotel and for the guests.

This was a very nice hotel with kitchenette very close to McGill which was convenient for us. It's very central as well and we could walk to many sites, and the metro was a few blocks away.

For what we needed this hotel had it all! Our room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, our balcony had a nice view, location was great, walking distance to stores and restaurants. Parking was nearby. Clean apartment, plenty of space and we loved having two bedrooms. The towels were tiny and the decor definitely needs an update. Breakfast was ok but no decaf coffee!
