This was our second stay at this hotel. We stayed here for New Year's in 2024. The room, where we stayed as a family of three, had two beds but was too small for three people, and only two small drawers. A more suitable room for three people could have been provided for a four-day stay. The bathtub and sink were really dirty; I'll report it to reception, but they'll say it's been cleaned. The bathroom was also small, and there weren't enough towels. One would expect some consideration and a few bottles of drinking water. They put out coffee, but there was no water or kettle. It's ridiculous. Of course, we will not choose this hotel again when we come to Montreal…!

The desk manager our first night was wonderful. Breakfast was good. Some variety would be nice. Perhaps the addition of potatoes? The room was very comfortable. We appreciated the extra blanket and pillows.
