I was so happy to discover the Sonder apartments as they come with a well-equipped kitchen. The apartment was only one city block away from my meetings, the Metro stop was in the building next door, the staff were friendly and there were some good options for eating nearby. My only complaint was that the large blackout curtain was broken. In a downtown centre where there are lots of lights on until the wee hours, it would have been better had the blind been functional.

The bathroom had a little bit off scuffs but other than that the apartment was great. Close to transportation, lots of shopping and food options. Made my first time in Montreal really fun!

This “hotel” does not clean rooms. You need to pay for that service ($100 per clean) and give them a 24 hour notice. The property has super lean staff so expecting any service from them is a mistake. For instance, the shower head in our room wasn’t working and they didn’t have anyone on site to look at it and do the necessary repairs. The “hotel” also does not have any parking spots available so have to fend for yourselves.

Beautiful little apartment! It is very clean and stocked with everything that you need in order to have a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap was appreciated, and we loved the view from our balcony. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. We loved the area as we were able to walk around and had several restaurants in order to choose from for dinner. We would definitely stay here again!
