Basic older motel good if you just want a place to stay for the night. Staff were helpful. Rooms clean but grounds a bit less so. Breakfast is severely limited. WiFi was strong. If you just need a bed, shower, TV, internet at a budget motel, this place is great!

Beds was comfortable. Room was constantly noisy noisy that was caused by chatty guests next door or upstairs even at 3 am. I guess, tbe motel couldn't help it! Poor wifi connection inside room. But big thanks to helpful staff, especially Ivan in figuring out the wifi the motel's proper Network name that was defaulted incorrectly not as BCM-Guest!! Wifi connection only works well at desk area. Continental breakfast ok on the first day. 2nd day's breakfast was lousy without proper food supply - had to ask for minor and simple things to eat and drink.

The only reason I did not give this place a terrible rating is I was relatively clean. But the rooms are very worn out tired. We paid for a room with two queen beds but for only full sized mattresses. There was a huge pool of water in front of the mini fridge when we arrived. The TV never worked. Staff eventually gave up on trying to fix it. The water I the shower was just barely above like warm even when set at maximum. The beds creaked as if about to break. All in all we would never go back.

We made the booking. I received a call asking when we would be in and the person said okay. When we arrived there was nobody there to check us in. I called the number back and was blocked. The number on the window for help didn’t work. This hotel stole my money.

Needs TLC

The place is outdated and needs a lot of repairs. Our toilet would not flush, we had to manually allow to fill the tank. The floors were quite dirty as my socks were filthy after walking in the room trying to get settled in. There were maybe 3 guests in the entire hotel and we were unable to get a room downstairs. The woman put us in a stinky smoking room at first. Then moved us two doors down on second floor..
