This property is not even worth staying at for $50 let alone over $100! Check in staff was terrible. TV did not work in room. Waited in the office for approximately 10 minutes for someone to come so we could get help with TV. Rooms need fixed up. Fell coming into room due to drop off into room. Morning office staff stood right by the front door smoking a cigarette.

It looks like rooms don’t get cleaned or gets superficial cleaning. I paid $170 per night and it was not worth it.

The room we were given when we checked in was sub-standard. A white painted handprint was on the blue curtain, a floorboard was coming up, trim was missing in parts of the ceiling and front doorway. Strange spots on the bedcover. Alarge dead bug in the door thresthold. The front door knob had broken through a side wood door and left a hole in it. Only one of 2 needed remotes were available for the tv. I could go on. The only ray of sunshine was a couple working there - Ivan and his wife- were able to move us to another room. Without them our short stay would have been a near disaster. Many thanks to you both for your kindness and action. "D" rating to the lodge, "A" rating to the both of you.

So many bugs in the room, dirty sheets, no shower curtain, no knob to turn on the cold water in the shower, the view was of a junk space with so much trash out, was giving a smoking room and switched. Kids and I slept in top of the sheets cause it look too dirty to get under them, bugs in the ceiling, windows, and this place is just a disaster. Receptionist was nice and sympathetic

I would not stay here again. I do not recommend the motel. The only high spot was Ivan and his wife. They made mltiple attempts to make things right and turn a bad sitation into a good one. My husband and I both appreciate all their help. They were te high point of the stay.

Multiple bugs in the room. Sheets were dirty and stained. One set of towels and wash rags even though there multiple people listed to stay in the room. Pool was empty and unusable even though it was listed as being available.

Nice place, better than I expected after driving up to the property. It looks a little run down and could use some renovation work. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, WiFi was good, and the staff were friendly. I’d stay again but would be a nice place if it were updated it has potential

I have stayed here before and the condition has deteriorated. My room was missing a coffee maker, bag for ice bucket, cups, Kleenex, and a rod to hang clothes. The A/C unit was near the ceiling so you couldn’t adjust the temperature. The bathroom had some wood that needed repair. The pool wasn’t open for the season because it needed to be painted. The breakfast needed to be restocked and staff had to be asked to restock. The bed was decent, I like a firmer mattress but that is a personal preference. It was a two bed room but there were only two thin bath towels, one hand towel and no washcloths.

I knew it was cheap, but WHOA

The curtain was both filled with holes and also falling down so the window was never truly covered. The walls were covered in a mysterious splatter. There was minimal hot water, more like barely warm water. Surfaces were sticky, including phone and remotes. Missing fixture in ceiling with exposed wiring. Layers of dirt on AC unit and hair dryer. Bathroom in disrepair, heat lamp didn't work, drywall falling down, ceiling had visual evidence of a leak. No stopper in bathroom sink. Deadbolt did not lock/work. Paper was shoved in the peephole in the door. Trash under stairs and around property.

DO NOT STAY. Drug activity in the room next to us all night, smokers outside the entire night partying. Black mold in the bathroom, tub does not drain, room was not cleaned as there was hair, dust, toilet paper on floor, etc. Bed had one old stained sheet and one ratty blanket FILLED with cigarette burns. Blood splatters on the walls. I could go on, but just do not stay, the pictures are not accurate.

The room was pitiful like door frame half painted and half off. The trash by front door overflowing. The young lady at check in was sweet but the morning girl was terrible - clearly didn’t care about anticipating guest needs and wanting to make the stay even good if not great. Clearly this manager just doesn’t care.
