The staff was friendly and accessible by text if not at the front desk. Rooms have been renovated and nice sized mini fridges and microwaves. Walls and baseboards were a little dirty and worn. We sat in the chairs by the fire pit and realized they hadn’t been used or cleaned for a while, because we had dirt all over the back of our clothes. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We walked along the Main Street downtown, and there were a lot of shops as well. There is currently construction on the main road in front of the hotel which makes it a little noisy. The lobby has things like yogurt, cheese sticks, pop tarts, granola bars, coffee, and other beverages. The best part was Monte Cristo, the manager’s cute little dog. Overall, it is a good place to stay for the price.

The room was clean and all updated but the TV connection was horrible. Roku was their choice of viewing and all ran on WiFi and all programs no matter what we tried to watch could not handle the amount of streaming content. Called the office and she rebooted the router but that didn’t work. So we simply had to turn it off!

This was a last minute find and it couldn't have turned out better. This is an litle motor lodge thats been freshened up, located in the old downtown part of town. I felt very safe and the staff was friendly. Its a good place to stay for a little of that nostalgic feeling

Charming, completely renovated motor court. Rooms are small but have been designed for maximum efficiency. Park right outside your door. Chairs to sit outside. Bedside tables come with great charging station. Delightful fire pit and picnic area. Easy check in and out. The on-site manager is so helpful. And the tiny Yorkie, Monty, is an added bonus as he welcomes you to the grab and go breakfast. Easy walk to a great speakeasy, Pheleonies, Horsefly brew pub and Jimmers barbecue. We were pleasantly surprised by it all.

I travel with a service dog and there is a good size area in back to walk her. The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed the walk in shower which all had been updated. It was a pleasant stay.
