Stairgate; Front load washing machine, Balcony has distant sea views. Large fully sheltered enclosed rear deck, Hooded gas barbecue, Outdoor seating for 10 people. Grassed rear yard, off street parking with room for a boat, fish cleaning sink. DIRECTIONS: Follow the signs to Moonta Bay along Bay Road. Turn left onto Coast Road (large green sign says Port Hughes), then take the 3rd right into Percy Street. This two storey property is on the corner of Percy and Stuckey (look for the yellow Holiday Rental sign).
