The room was good for the price. One thing that bothered me was the mattress did not have a mattress cover on it. Also, my 11 month old crawled on the floor and his knees were black.

We only stayed one night. We enjoyed the wildlife and the calm and serenity of the lodge. I never knew it existed but we will be back again.

Was a nice place to stay,. Cassandra at the desk in the lodge was amazing!! I love this is part of the park, excellent pool, excellent restaurant. The people that work for the park were wonderful.

One night family stay while passing through. The pool was amazing, the caves were beautiful. When we got back to our room the air conditioner was not working. The staff at the front desk came right away and did her magic and it started cooling off right away. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

ON SITE RESTAURANT WAS TERRIBLE! ROOMS WERE FABUL

The lodge and the room were exceptional. But... Whatever you do. DO NOT EAT AT THE LODGE RESTAURANT! Worst food we ever ate. Worst service we ever had. They kept coming out telling us that they were out of items we ordered. The food was terrible and cold. Or really burnt and still cold. We were there over 2 hours. It was really terrible.

Everything was great. My only complaint was our room was on the first floor and all night into morning we heard “stomping “ from above. I would highly recommend getting a room on the second floor.

We had a enjoyable stay. A pipe broke in the kitchen and the water was off for a while. The food was really great. The patio door was damaged from the outside. I told the front desk,they were aware of the door. We really enjoyed our visit, we will be coming back
