This stay was overall horrible. The rooms were small, the place was very dirty, people were noisy, and worst of all there were alot of cockroaches

Lovely

A friend and I stayed in room 301, which is definitely the best of the options with two beds. It was beautifully designed and spacious. The other rooms can be a bit loud. The staff is incredibly accommodating. They truly make you feel like they enjoy taking care of their guests. The food is also excellent.

Centrally located place for moving around and getting to know morelia. Good choice for people looking for inexpensive stay.

The staff isn't welcoming, you have to ask about internet, breakfast, they don't bring you any information, so you feel like an hotel de paso! Bed is old, and shower has not ventilation so the room smells humid.

Great place

The hotel couldn't be in a better location. Rooms were clean, nice sheets, as the name suggests, lovely colonial interior, high ceillings, spacious bathroom, excellent value. Contrary to some advisories, Morelia and the state of Michoacan felt super safe - highly recommendable. Residents were so helpful and there is so much to do and see. tours organized by the Hotel Colonial also great value, fun and knowledgeable guide.

Excelente ubicación, personal amable y atento. Deberían controlaar mejor hasta qué hora se quedan algunos huéspedes en el patio gritando y riendo, ya que no hay aislamiento sonoro en las habitaciones y el ruido que a veces hacen hasta pasada la medianoche, no deja descansar

Para poder tener un servicio que corresponda a las imágenes del sitio hotel.com les falta: 1.- tapetes de toalla en el baño 2.- no utilicé la TV porque el control no servia el volumen. 3.- detalles tan simples como dejar un papel de baño de reserva. 4.- los blancos ya están demasiado lavados.

Me parece que el hotel ya le urge una actualizada, los servicios son realmente pobre sobre todo la limpieza en baños y la ropería de toallas sobre todo. Lo realmente bueno es la ubicación muy centrica y cerca de todo.

Opción adecuada para estar cerca del centro.

Fue conveniente en la relación precio/atención. El desayuno es sencillo, el café es bueno, el personal sumamente amable. Es una opción recomendable para quienes buscan pasear en el centro histórico y quieren descansar en un lugar cerca del mismo.
