When arriving at the front desk, had to wait for the check in employee to finish on her personal phone before she even looked up as I was standing there. When we arrived in our room, there were no towels or washcloths in the bathroom and when my wife went to the front desk to get some, she felt as if the employee viewed her as in she was making this up to get more towels. The breakfast seating area is very small for a hotel with as many rooms as they had. For as cold of a day it was, there was not constant warmth in the room, and it took a while for the heater to circulate warm air

My room didn't have hot water and when I requested a new room I was moved to a room which also didn't have hot water. I made this known to the front desk and they basically told me maintenance has left and there was nothing they could do help me.

Carpet seemed warn. Couch was in a place where you couldn't sit there to watch TV. Sink had very low pressure. Tub floor was slippery. Shower water wasn't very hot.

The girl that checked us in was really nice. The girl that worked overnight wasn’t. She was very rude. It has snowed overnight so we used the loading area to load up in the morning away from the snow. She told my husband that he ruined her view. That she was trying to smoke a cigarette and he was in her way. The shower was cold, and the bed no so comfy. I have no clue how it had such good reviews. Next time I will check real reviews, not the ones on Expedia.
