The lady at check in talked so fast like she just wanted to get rid of us and breakfast the eggs were cold they did not have enough coffee had to wai for them to brew more and that took more than 10 minutes very disappointed

Night staff lady was so rude. She talked bad about the person in front of me when they finished and as I was walking away, I heard her say she needs a drink after dealing with us all and then she made another rude comment about me. So unprofessional! Also, there are HIDDEN FEES at this hotel. I put in Expedia how many guests were in my room, but when I arrived she said I had to pay an additional $10/per person per night fee!! That is nuts! The hotel was already more expensive than it was worth, but with having to pay extra per person every night, that made it ridiculous. The only redeeming factor of this hotel was the pool and hot tub were working and the man running the breakfast. He was very kind and friendly.
