Gîte of 260m² on two levels, on the ground floor and first floor, can accommodate up to 15 people (children and extra beds included) in five beautiful bedrooms including a dormitory for 6 people and a master suite with private bathroom. The accommodation offers two pretty living areas: a kitchen open to a bright and spacious dining room for everyone to gather around the table and a cozy relaxation lounge for spending friendly moments. Private parking inside the property. Enter and discover this beautiful 6-hectare property which once housed a mill and a farm. The gîte is adjoining the owners' house. It has beautiful private outdoor spaces: adjoining terrace of 45m² with views of the countryside and the mini-farm. You will also appreciate the common relaxation areas: a pétanque court and a heated 15*5 swimming pool open from May to September. To make your stay even more pleasant, cleaning, utilities, heating and sheets are included. Just remember to bring your own towels ;-)
