The location is great but I’m on the second floor trying to sleep while the room above me is very noisy. Called the front desk and they didn’t do anything about it. I don’t know if I will stay again. My first time staying at the Hampton inn Morro bay ca.

Staying here was supposed to be relaxing way to end our vacation. However, the shower was broken in one handle and I felt it was unsafe for my son (who is 20 months and gets into everything) and seemed to be dirty on the flooring. Both of the elevators seemed to need maintenance, more so the one on the LEFT so much so I wouldn’t let my family on it. The staff coming in was friendly however when checking out BOTH staff members seemed “inconvenienced” to help. Overall, disappointing stay dude to needed maintenance & MORNING Staff.

It was very clean, cute, the breakfast was good. We were a family of 4 with 2 toddlers and we loved it, my kids loved it and it was in close driving distance to many places, if we return to Morro Bay we are definitely staying there!

Should have stayed at Motel 6 across the street...

The hotel is clean & breakfast was decent. Shortly after check-in i received a text saying if i needed anything during my stay, text that number. Well, the pillows were really flat so i called the front desk & there was no answer. I remembered the text, so i text my request. An hour later, no reply or pillows, so i sent a 2nd text. No reply or pillows. Disappointing. The walls are super thin, lots of hallway & highway noise. Also, had to wedge a towel under the shower door to keep them from sliding open & spraying water everywhere. Not what i expected for $270!

Great location

Great location and my kids loved and enjoyed the indoor pool. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were flat. Overall this will be one only hotel I’m planning to book when doing another trip to Morro Bay.

It's closer to the freeway, but you have to drive to attractions. That was fine with us. The hotel was very comfortable. We were here on Easter Sunday morning and they had eggs filled with chocolate hidden around the breakfast room. Great fun for the kids and a nice touch. The pool was nice.
