The room was clean breakfast adequate, staff was friendly and helpful but the bed wasn't comfortable it was lumpy and hard to sleep in,we stayed there for several days so sleep was not optimal. I would probably stay there again if it was for just one night, but not for an extended stay

The room smelled terrible the bathroom was dirty. The place needs to be upgraded. I had to change my room twice before I was satisfied the staff was friendly, but that's about it.

Zero Star Hotel!

Pet odors throughout.No tv remoote in room. Placed on long hold on room phone call to front desk, then call dropped. Called back and phone rang and rang but clerk did not pick up. Had to physically go down to the front desk to get help. Then given a 2nd remote which itself didn't work when I got back to the room. Eggs served at breakfast are rubbery and pasty- not real food. The potatoes were undercooked. .

Smoker's Paradise/Non-smokers Hell

Do not stay at this hotel if you are allergic to cigarette smoke. Every entry/exit is met by smokers who stand or sit right outside of the main entrance. Notifying the staff was useless even though I had to sign a document affirming that I would not smoke on the property. After using my emergency inhaler multiple times we decided to check out and move next door to a real hotel.

One overnight stay and would’ve been upset had I needed to stay longer. Staff was friendly. Hotel room needed a do over. Looked as if it was a partial remodel that wasn’t completed. Guests sitting outside on the curbs…too many animals & lobby smelled.

Breakfast was good and staff somewhat friendly. Room could have been cleaner; had stains on the bathroom wall and around the sink, and the baseboards were dusty. There were lots of cigarette butts at the front entrance and the guest(s) at the adjacent room was definitely smoking as we smelled it every time we walked to our room.

The hallways are hot, there’s a smell either coming from the water or the old carpets in the hallway. The tub was DISGUSTING. Chipped up paint, stopper didn’t work, the water pressure is horrible when you turn the shower on. Room could have been cleaned better

Harley was the best hotel manager I ever encountered. She was professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and polite!!! She is an asset to the company. The hotel needs structure in policy regarding noise, prole yelling in lobby at night, too noisy!!! Thank you Harley!!!!
