The woman who checked me in was just lovely and very kind. My room was spotless. Unfortunately the tap water was very cloudy. Though it was probably safe to drink I wasn’t comfortable, so I bought water in the lobby for drinking and brushing teeth. I mentioned it to the manager and she made a note of it. Overall, if not for the water I would stay again.

Sofabed was terrible. Holiday Inn uses a MUCH nicer mattress on theirs- important when you sleep 6 to a room. Lighting at vanity need some work. Vanity was broken on the front.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast, while somewhat simple, was very good. The layout of the room meant for a tight space around the bed and difficulty watching TV from the bed.

I appreciated the warm welcome from the staff at the check-in desk when we arrived on Friday around dinner time for our two-night stay. The room appeared updated and the layout was great (we had a king bed with sitting area, swivel TV area). The small fridge was a nice bonus. The only two suggestions I might make, and this in no way affected our stay, is to consider small microwave ovens in the room and to have better shower heads installed which would create a stronger water pressure in the shower. We are in this area each year for a holiday visit with family. I would definitely look into staying here again. Breakfast buffet was also really good including fresh fruit. The staff does a great job in keeping the rooms clean with daily service (not all hotels provide that these days).
