We had to battle with the front desk & housekeeping to get our room cleaned.They would say we’d be cleaned, but when we returned the room was NOT cleaned. They claimed they only clean every 3 days but we only got 1 cleaning in.6 days of stay & they were persistent that there is nothing that can be done. I want to stay at a place that cleans every other day to keep a clean welcoming environment for guests as a minimum standard of quality. Housekeeping encouraged us to throw dirty towels & trash out in the hallway & they would pick it up from there. Arriving to filthy hallways littered with dirty towels & trash gave the impression that the hotel doesn’t value cleanliness.

Wonderful, staff was nice and accommodating. We showed up pretty late and they checked us into the room quickly and with ease. The room was exactly as pictured and everything was very clean and comfortable. The pillows were soft and the sheets were nice with no stains. Plenty of places to plug in your electronics and staff was friendly. My brother needed a toothbrush and they were able to get him a little travel one upon request(with a little packet of toothpaste).The complimentary breakfast was hot and you could even make your own waffles. One of the best breakfast setups I have seen at a hotel. My brother ended up bookmarking the hotel in case he stays again. Great room for a decent price.
