Our stay was good, great breakfast! Our only problem was the a/c in our room. We put it on the lowest, and the room was very hot and humid still. The room was hot all throughout the night.

We stay here each time we are in the area as it’s the only hotel with an indoor pool. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is just ok and not many options . Regarding safety, there’s a few trip hazards. A trip hazard on the main floor in front of guest rooms is a metal plate cover that has been bent for months. There are two elevators, but only one ever is working.

It was a nice place for an overnight stop. Close to the highway. The place was crowded for a holiday weekend but the employee handled the stress of a lobby full of people checking in and a slow computer. He was helpful and saw our needs were met. We were told they had a roll away bed, which is not the case. We went to breakfast towards the end of the time and they were out of a lot of the food.

There was a problem with a credit card hold on Expedia’s end but the staff was diligent and kind to get it resolved so check-in took a longer than usual amount of time. Everything else was fine. Also did two loads of laundry while there with no issues. Would recommend this facility.

It’s a nice place. It looks outwardly upgraded. However there is lots of scuffs and marks along the walls. The carpets are dirty and even muddy. The room itself was huge. Very spacious. However the room itself was scuffed and nicked. The blinds were filthy and full of what looked like oil stains all over. The carpet was vacuumed but very dirty. Socks turned black very quickly. I know they have lots of workers that stay and that may account for the dirty parts. A good redeeming value was the shower. Great water pressure one of the best I have experienced. Overall for the price and location. Not a bad place. Just could have been better.

I will start with the good, customer service was great, room was clean, bed was comfy. That's it. Now I'll start with the bad, first of all i had to run the shower for 10-15 maybe 20 minutes for hot water, The water pressure was just ok. When I checked in the front desk guy had to come up because the TV didn’t work, apparently you have to manually change the input. The last inconvenience was breakfast. You tell us at check in that it starts at 6 not 620 or 630. Most people are just passing through, I come every other month for business. There is nothing open as early as I have to leave. So when i come down at 6 before I leave and breakfast isnt ready, its an inconvenience. I choose hotels with breakfast because that will be my only meal for hours. It wasn't ready at 605 and didn’t look no where near being ready any time soon. I was told about 20-30 minutes more at 610. I will not be back to this hotel. I will stay across the highway instead.
