Communication with staff was excellent and they were more than accomodating when I messed up a reservation. Room was clean and comfortable and Dunsmuir is a jewel of a town!

I have stayed here numerous times, whenever travels bring me by this way. The different rooms I've stayed in have all been comparably comfortable and set up with ease in mind for the traveler. Each stay has been on quiet side for most part (can't control some road noises etc) and I will definitely stay again.

Room was very clean and updated , location close to downtown. Unfortunately the trains were right next to our room and came thru all night many times blowing their horns , we really didn’t get any sleep .

The property is in excellent condition, however no human interactions, no staff on site, everything was done electronically. Feel like a missed opportunity to share local sights and culture with visitors. Otherwise the place is in very comfortable. There isn’t much to do in the town itself.
