The property was fantastic, the bed was very comfortable, the room was large and was cleaned daily and the coffee/tea facilities restocked. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend for a weekend stay - the noise from the music at night we did not hear.
Plumbing not up to standard; but everything else very adequate. Going up & down stairs more challenging for us now in our late 70's. Loved access to little side kitchen.
Staff very amenable. Loved being in old CBD for walkabouts, meals, etc.
Pump truck turned up before 6am and pumped stupidly loud for over an hour.
The toilet seat in room 4 is still cracked it pinches your bum when you sit on it.
Otherwise good.
Management non responsive to concerns. I have tried three times (in person and via phone) to resolve an issue and have been ignored. Staff lovely though.
For $100 per night I can a queen sized bed and 2 single beds in my room. The shared shower was OK and expected.
The pizza offerings at the bar were not great with the Ham and Pineapple Pizza I purchased was not properly cooked and the pineapple pieces all 6 of them were ice cold and huge.
Apart from that the staff and venue was fine.
Great location, very helpful and friendly staff. We had room 4 which was very spacious with a comfortable bed, kitchenette and en-suite. Heard some noise from the bar, but we had been told to expect this. Take ear plugs if you want an early night, or join the party downstairs.
Classic regional NSW pub accommodation. Clean, comfortable and has character. Located in main street amongst lots of small local businesses and dinner was good too.
Additional $50 Charge was placed on CC after leaving.
Manager claimed first that 2 additional people stayed in room (untrue) and that a mirror on back of door was smashed by us closing door when we left at 7 am.
No proof provided. Amount not sufficient to report to police.

Small room but functional and clean. Helpful check-in staff but hotel is closed in the morning so it's a key drop. About 20 stairs to negotiate, and parking is not ideal (street in fron of hotel or a hidden carpark out back - street seems safer option). Otherwise good value for money, well-located and on-site dining. No problems with hotel noise (Tuesday night).
