This resort was closed for over a year recently for renovation, hard to see what’s been done , must have been mainly behind the scenes. Most staff very friendly but sometimes requests take a while to happen. There are no shops in the vicinity for any basics so be prepared before you go. Litter is a problem, not a lot around but enough to annoy , no one employed to look after this issue . Breakfast is good (all you can eat) but not excellent

nice and quiet, convenience to town, to the local market, mcdonald’s, banks, if you catch a taxi is $5 one way. Plumbing needs a lil improvement, but my stay at Sheraton in Vaisigano was good. thank you.

Great stay all around

We had a great stay at this resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable, all the furniture in the room and the lobby was new, the pool was huge and perfect for kids of all ages, the breakfast had a good variety of options including some Samoan dishes, the restaurant had a good choice of menu options and the quality of food was good.

Beautiful Resort on the beach. Hotel room was big with a good bed and we had requested a kIng size bed with Ocean views. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. So many choices, wonderful staff. Negatives: Gym was closed/locked. We could not use it. No Kayaks or Snorkeling was available. Food & drinks are a little pricey. Overall, Great experience.
