The check in process was very poor on the hosts behalf, i had to message her on the morning we were arriving to say i havent recieved any information about check in and keys etc. We got the information through only to get there and someone was already in our unit, she had double booked us , she was not answering her phone calls or messages ,We contacted Stayz and were told we were in unit 2 , not what the email said !!And the host said she was to busy to deal with the problem !!!!!!And the codes didnt work. Everntually dot in to the unit, had booked for 3 adults 1 child , only had 2 bath towels the whole time we were there and a terrible sofa bed which was so uncomfortable for the kids . The front was hanging off the hinges and we couldnt close the door properly i reported it , nothing happened, i had to screw the screws back in with a knife ..The location was great. But just not happy with the communication with the host.
