It was decent for what my family needed. It was clean. I didnt have any complaints & i am the type of person that will let you know how I feel & i dont have any complaints. If i did have to critique anything is that the shower handle in my bathroom was kind of broken but we still could take a shower bit other than that beds were clean etc.

TV did not work

The tv didn’t work. The sound was on but no picture. 2 hotel employees came into the room on Saturday to fix but couldn’t. The Sunday person said that a manager would call me Monday but I called at 4:35 after receiving no call. The manager said he would authorize a reduced rate but I needed to contact Hotels.com to have you verify with the manager that the tv didn’t work and that Hotels.cim would refund the money to may credit card. I have stayed at this property several times before but this last visit was not so great as far as cleanliness. I addressed my issues with the front desk staff. The staff is always friendly. The hotel is very run down .

Tried most of the hotels in town. So far, this is my favorite. Everything from the staff down to the room itself, awesome. Only reason i didnt give them 5 stars is there is no such thing as "perfect"...

The staff was wonderful. The bedroom was pretty good. Mostly cleaned well but, the bathroom needs a little TLC updating. The worst part was the flaking rust from the door frame. Who uses metal in a bathroom? LOL
