This hotel was fabulous. We enjoyed close proximity to Munich public transportation, hotel service and accommodations made our trip so much more enjoyable. We stayed 14 days and everyday was was wonderful in this hotel. Thank you to the host at the morning breakfast. He was always making sure we were well taken care of all day. Overall, it was a great stay had a really nice friendly staff in the rooms were in great shape. It’s close to the train station. However, the one downside that’s fairly significant depending on your comfort level there’s a lot of unsavory people on the streets and even early evening it felt like you had to have your head on a swivel and on our way at 10 AM to the train multiple people were pretty loud and aggressive, and one person Made some really uncomfortable gestures to the couple right in front of us just have to be comfortable with when and where you go,

Good ratio price quality but the area although conveniently close to main train station is dirty on ongoing construction and just two blocks from a very agitated block-unsafe- but if you do not walk around you do not notice it.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff even made us a box breakfast when we had an early departure for the airport on our last day. The air conditioning was probably the best we had anywhere on our trip which was amazing in the heat and the location was good as well!

Very good value for money in a great location.

Lovely hotel. Best part was the wonderful air conditioning. The room was bright and spacious with everything we could want. Especially loved the bathroom layout! I wish all hotels had a bathroom layout like this. Toilet, shower and sink were all separate so they could all be used while someone else was using the bathroom facilities as well.

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had a thoroughly pleasant experience. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The hotel is within walking distance of Munich Central Station, making it very convenient. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Munich.

This is a great hotel in a very good location. It’s very close to the central train station. Our room was lovely! It was big and lots of storage space. Great amenities too. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. We thought everything about this hotel was excellent.

The room was clean, spaceous and modern. Breakfast was amazing, although there is a surcharge for it. The area was only OK. Please fix your mini-gym situation as it was literally 90 degrees inside and completely unusable because of that and NOBODY seemed to care to address it. Some people like to workout a little on vacation. You might as well say that you have no gym.

Staff were professional and polite. Room was large with lovely shower. However hotel bar could be bigger and more separate from reception. Also lots of outside noise from street and building work going on around the hotel (not their fault) and I found the mattress to be on the hard side. Perhaps adding some mattress toppers would help.

The location is perfect near the central. Breakfast is normal but with lady ISABELLA becoming great she's a happiness in the place shes too nice, smilly and really helpful.
