Great location, nice staff. The pictures are a bit deceiving though. Our room looked nothing like the online photos, and the building itself does not look like the photos online. Very very tiny room and bathroom.

While the hotel is well located I cannot recommend it because of the lack of air conditioning. Yes, the hotel has it but only within a certain amount of months in the year, so does it really have it listed? Also if you get a room like we had on the sunny side, you have to keep the curtain closed at all times or else you’ll be cooking inside and without air conditioning it’s an awful experience. Breakfast was good though, that was the best part of the hotel.

It’s small and only has one claustrophobic elevator, but it’s just literally a few steps away from a beautiful area. Everyone is friendly and it has everything you need. Breakfast was decent with plenty of choices. Coffee was not good. Overall I would stay again if I had to, but I would not hesitate to try another hotel as well.

The room was tiny and could hardly walk around each other. The beds are very hard and for someone with hip and shoulder problems it really got them stirred up that first night. They did put a pad on my bed when I asked if there were rooms with softer mattresses so I give them A for trying to help. The food is excellent, it is centrally located and close to sites you would want to see. Public transport is close as well.

Highly Recommend

This was a nice, conveniently located place to stay for our trip to Munich. There is a car elevator to the parking garage under the hotel which was a first for us, and we were glad to have a small car. We had an early morning arrival, and were able to park there even though it wasn't check in time and our room wasn't ready. Once we parked, we didn't move the car again until it was time to leave. The breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Good for Central Munich

Difficult to get to because of construction. Room was pretty tight, but most European rooms are. Location was great and so was the breakfast. First time I ever used a car elevator for parking.

We enjoyed stay. We arrived just after 10 in the morning and were able to go to the room straight away. The breakfast is superb. Hotel 5 minutes from Hofbräuhaus and a few more to Marienplatz and Viktualienmarkt. Staff very helpful. Room very comfortable.

Hotel is in a great location, the room and bathroom were both very clean, and well maintained but the rooms are quite small, there is a small fridge with items you can purchase and a kettle which was nice to be able to make a hot drink. It’s a little on the noisy side we could hear our neighbours, don’t think there is much sound proofing. Overall we had a good stay
