Staff was very helpful. Can buy transportation tickets at the desk. And pick up trim right outside the door. Train station was six minute walk or two minute tram ride. Breakfast was excellent and attendant attentive and courteous.

The front desk staff and the breakfast staff were very helpful, professional, and kind. The hotel itself had an old world feel to it that I really enjoyed, and the tram stop was literally just outside. Excellent all around, thank you!

Great place to stay - need more English tvchannels

The location was excellent - tram stops nearby. Staff was attentive - especially in the breakfast room, where the food was more than sufficient. The bathroom had been renovated, with excellent shower. Items of concerns were - the old-fashioned keylocks on the doors required that the key be used to lock the room from the inside. The bed was just a mattress on slats - quite hard to sleep on. There seemed to be only one channel in English - an American business news channel. Even the channels that noted "English" were in German.

The hotel is located in a good area and I felt safe walking back or taking the tram back late. The tram stop is conveniently in the front of the hotel. I got lactose free breakfast items (as requested) and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple and sufficient. I’d recommend asking for a kettle & cups in the room so you can make a tea/coffee when it’s cold. I’d stay there again for sure if I’m back in Munich. 10/10 from me.

Great place to stay

Great location to visit Munich. Tram stop in front of hotel. Excellent breakfast with many healthy options.The bread selection was great and sooooo fresh !There were different options over the 3 days we stayed. Breakfast staff was friendly and very hardworking. They were constantly replenishing the food. Front desk was very helpful answering questions during our stay.

We booked interconnecting rooms for our family of 4. Friendly and attentive staff. A special mention to Christian who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and was very knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was good. Walk into Altstadt was about 20 mins or you can catch a tram outside the hotel. Just a tip if you use the carpark. Pull up onto the pavement in front of the hotel to drop off bags, then go and park. The carpark is next to the hotel, but there is no direct access, so you need to walk back out to the street and around the corner to get back to the foyer.

It’s was VIP treatment from check in to check out. Shout out to : Marla always had the biggest smile. Noah very polite and respectful Alex good person Sigrid nicest person you will meet ( I’m forgetting a couple more people’s name so sorry) These people always had a helping hand which made stay very comfortable. Hotel was always clean, breakfast was simple but good. Would definitely stay there again.

It was really nice experience to stay in this hotel for 3 nights. It was close to centeral station and only need about 10 min to walk to DB and 20 min to old town of Munich. The facility is clean and stuff was very nice to handle everything. The breakfast is good although the food selection was limited. It is highly recommended.

Very close to the theresweisen, amazing breakfast, close to the main train station, food near by, and friendly staff. Couldn't controll the temperature in the room but would definitely stay again.
