Romantic, well-equipped, family-friendly vacation accommodation with Scandinavian flair and self-catering in a quiet location in the southwest area of Munich. Only 8 minutes by subway to the Oktoberfest (no transfers required).

The apartment features a large bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m) and a sofa bed (1.40 m wide), a living/dining area with a dining table, kitchen, sofa bed (1.60 m wide), flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system, a shower bathroom (4 sqm), and a dressing room (4.5 sqm) with a sliding-door wardrobe. All rooms are located on the ground floor (raised ground floor). The kitchen is very well equipped. Outdoors, the apartment offers a stone veranda facing east (17 sqm) with a seating area and garden furniture (wooden table, bench, and two chairs). The single-family house contains only this one vacation apartment. Wi-Fi is available. The apartment has two flat-screen TVs (located in the bedroom and living room).

Due to the accommodation’s southwest location, all highways leading south toward the mountains can be reached quickly without having to pass through the city area first. The accommodation is therefore also particularly well suited for day hikes and day ski trips. At the same time, it is directly and ideally connected to the city center. The subway travel time from Aidenbachstraße to Marienplatz is only 12 minutes. You can also cycle directly to the city center through the Isar river meadows.
