. The biggest disappointment is the bar/cafe they have the front desk person working the desk, the bar, running to the back to make food, my husband and i left the bar area when the front desk person was cleaning room key cards in the bar glassware area . The staff are nice but seem really overworked. The breakfast is decent.

The room was in excellent condition. There were two things that bothered me. There’s an additional $50 hold on your credit card or debit card even if you pay the balance in full. Also, there are no microwaves in the room. There is a refrigerator, but there is no microwave so if you had leftovers from a dinner out, you’d have to go all the way downstairs into the kitchen area to use the one microwave. Other than that, the hotel was nice.

This is a newer hotel. So it appeared to be very clean and nicely decorated. The mix of beds and lounge seating was perfect for my little family. The Front Desk attendant, Shantell, was attentive and warm. The pool was very cold. She followed through in a timely matter, and compensated us for the inconvenience.

I did not like waking up 5am due to the construction going on. Over all I loved how clean and polite staff was. Sherry was the First Lady I met checking in. She was very helpful with all information and even just having a small conversation with my son & I about his crystals. Thank you Sherry for being amazing at customer service!
