Cheap and cheerful

The management company was really very good and have everything organised perfectly. The apartment is a bit tired but adequate for purpose. The bathroom radiator desperately needs updating and I have never in my life, even when backpacking, had to sleep with duvets without covers on.The big problem for us was the pool right outside the apartment was being renovated so we were woken up every morning by pneumatic drills. This was every single day we were there. It was dreadful. I don’t think the apartment should have been made available for rent during this period of renovation, or at leat let people know beforehand.

Two week Hacienda stay

The property is exactly as described - great location with a balcony overlooking a pool. It’s a short walk to the on-site shop and restaurant. There is an additional pool across the road which has a baby pool for those with younger children. The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed with both bedrooms having air-con. The customer service provided by Resort Hosts was excellent. They provide an app which has all of the information needed and allowed us to have an early check-in when we arrived. Would highly recommend!

A few niggles but goid

Spacious apt and nice and bright ,negatives no mattress or pillow protectors we had to buy a frying pan because the one was there must have been burnt and now had rust. This was not a big thing because we where moving in to our own house so would have bought them anyway. I would recommend it

Lovely place

Great apartment all equipment needed and in good condition very clean and good location only very slight downside was the air con unit leaking which had made one wall mouldy, and the bathroom shower a previous customer had broken the shower holder and hooked it back on so when we turned the shower on it fell off!
