It was beautiful, a little out dated but the kitchen was big and had everything we needed, there is a washer and dryer and the balcony has a door from the livingroom and master bedroom that looks out to the ocean.

Don't go there to relax!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Air conditioner broke so we went 6 hours without AC that had aleeady been off most of the day when we werent there so it was aleady very hot. Very noisy all around me. Condo above me sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling with their running around. Kids would run through the corridors and it echoed in my place. Lots of fireworks every night until 2 am in the parking lot. Could not even sit out on my porch to relax. Very disappointing and not relaxing at all! Waste of $1400!

Ashley at garden city reality went above and beyond to help us when we needed help with a few things upon check in. Her kindness truly made our trip. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was great with 2 bathrooms. Balcony had al mismatched chairs and lots of them, but the view of tge icean all day was worth it. Sofa was quite uncomfortable. I purchased chair pads to put under the cushions to help with sagging. The covers need to be washed and maybe bleached... Otherwise unit was nice and convenient on the 1st floor.

A few minor changes would be a curtain over the shades in the bedroom to block bright outside hallway light, televisions didn't work as you needed a ROKU password, and update mattresses (sagging and indentation in mattress by wall)

Clean and well maintained. We came in 1 week after hurricane Ian, and although there was still much cleaning up happening all over the area, we were Very impressed at how well and quickly it was happening. Horry county highway department has it going on!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived early did not expect to be able to check in. Let them know I was there and went to look at the property as we had not been there before. Property was absolutely fabulous. Housekeeping was coming out of our reserved room and said our room was ready. I acknowledged them but said we had not yet been informed that it was ready. I returned to the office to wait. About that same timem I received a text saying our room was ready and at first our hostess said that also. However she called me back to the window claiming the text was in error that the room had to be inspected by a supervisor. Three hours later it was still not ready it was now 4:00 pm and I watched as a number of people were checked in. Going to the window I was informed that our room was still not ready. I demanded to speak to a supervisor and was then given my room. Going to the room I was not pleased. The decorations were dated and the entire unit needs updating, painting and redecorating. The vanity in the master bedroom was so covered in MOLD as to be totally unuseable. The furnishings were very much dated and the patio furniture was cheap and flimsey. Many of the window blinds were cracked or broken. The outside lights were blinding to our friends staying in the secound bedroom. TABLES UMBRELLAS and CHAIRS are needed so that one can sit comfortably out by the pool have a drink or a bite to eat.

It didn't seem to be kept as clean and tidy as in years past. There were several clumps of hair and the water level was kinda off. The overall appearance of the property was clean and as expected. Linen service was so helpful. My only ‘criticism’ was that the kitchen was over filled with a mishmash of stuff. It would be nice if it was paired down and more intentional so guests had more room for their food and stuff.

Family Friendly Beach Area

Beach House 110 was clean, had everything we needed and just a few steps to the beach. Kroger and Walmart is a short drive when you need to get groceries and supplies. You can sit on the living room couch and see the ocean. I recommend staying in this condo.
