Reviewer Comments: this was an awesome place to stay! the only "problem" we had would be that the owner had a car parked in one of the bays under the condo but fortunately we only had 2 vehicles. we also noticed the laundry room had ants which wouldnt have been a big deal except we loaded the laundry area with all our things to pack before we left the condo in the am including our leftover snack food and cereal etc! otherwise it was great. we would definately consider renting here again :)

My only issue is the owner this year, modified the thermostat to automatically default back to 74 degrees even if you turn the temperature down. With a family (with kids) having sunburns, limiting the AC to 74 degrees is an issue. It's a hot climate and 74 degrees doesn't cut it. The owner needs to fix this or we may not stay here again. I will ask next time I book if corrected.

The price of the unit and convenience of the beach were absolutely amazing. The week we went, there just happened to be 2 other units filled out of 8, so it was like we had the entire complex to ourselves. It was only a short walk to the pier and entertainment on Atlantic and the public beach access was just at the end of Cypress...maybe a 1-2 minute walk. I can't not speak highly enough about our stay at this quaint home. Parking is a little tight for large SUV's, however, this is easily solved by backing in. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cookware. The porch was a nice addition. Nothing like enjoying an incoming beach storm on the porch and a morning cup of coffee. The only down side about the porch is that it had a motion light in the corner that kept coming on while we were sitting out there at night. Not a big deal, just a slight irritant. We were also able to have a golf cart, which was a nice entity at a complex. The following week, we stayed at another property with extended family and rented from Dunes Realty. I must say, Garden City Realty has Dunes beat by far in the housekeeping department. I was such a relief to walk into a rental unit that looked and felt clean. What a difference that detail alone makes. Applause to the housekeeping department at Garden City Realty!! We will definitely keep this GEM in our back pocket for future visits.

Highly recommended for a small family.

Convenient Vacation Rental with a nice design....

Reviewer Comments: This sweet place is very spacious and has an inviting decor with a nice kitchen, which includes granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and all you need to cook. The wood floors are nice and the A/C works great! The beds are fairly comfortable, although the headboards could use some adjustment. The couches are cozy but the cushions don't stay put. Both full bathrooms are nice and have clean shower curtains and plenty of storage, as well. The cleaning girl is so very nice and does an incredible job. This is a great place!

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Cypress Place D; rental is in a great location, short walk to the beach and pier and Cypress Drive takes you right out to 17. House had everything we needed for our stay and it felt like home. Our only complaint was the floors were very sticky and did not feel clean when we arrived. Also parking can be a pain if there is a car in the spot across from the house.
