Great place

The condo was clean and the kitchen had all the utensils, cookware, etc. The property was perfect for us. Our two grandsons 12 & 13 loved the outdoor and indoor pools. The beach is right out from the outside pool so they could do the beach and then go to the pool. We had a perfect view of the our from the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

The property was clean. It was convenient to the beach, restaurants, and other activities. The parking deck is very tight. I recommend parking on the top level. We arrived after the property management company closed. Their instructions for accessing the keys were easy to follow. We had no issues getting into the condo.

I was a little concerned because of COVID but the staff at Royal Garden have taken measures to make guests feel safe. I have stayed in a lot of vrbo and airbb and they always supply things. We had no paper towels, dish liquid, extra dish tabs, salt/pepper, trash bags, bath mat, playing cards ect those things would have been nice to have since we had to buy those things and leave it there.

As soon as we opened the door there was a strong odor [urine?] The floors were sticky. We opened both doors and aired it out for a half hour, mopped the floors and bought 2 cans of FreBreze. After that everything was nice. The wives thought the porch rockers were the best.
