We always feel well tended to with GC Realty and we received superb and flawless service this visit as well. First time users of VayKLife equipment rental and it was flawless as well. We have no complaints on the property. Parking was a challenge but GC Realty provided options. The balcony views were our favorite and the beach access is unmatched. Allowing a golf cart was a big draw for us. All of the beds slept well. The king bedroom is spacious. The other bedrooms are tight. Decor is updated and everything is well maintained.

All appliances worked perfectly and were spotless. You will not find a place that sits closer to the beach in Garden City. Super easy beach access for trips back inside. The out door shower comes in very handy for washing off sand and salt. This is basically a beach house without the beach house price. Parking is tight but manageable. We hope to stay here again! Really enjoyed booking through Garden City Realty!

Approaching entrance door it is apparent that any insect or others can enter condo between bottom of door and door plate. A trim sweep must be applied. 2 coach roaches were caught during our stay, non reflective of the cleanliness of the condo. Sliding glass doors do not lock and this condo is directly oceanfront,so a safety concern. A moldy dirty plastic tube is there to act as a wedge but could easily be pushed apart with effort. Overall Garden City Realty is excellent and the unit is well equipped and quite nicely decorated. Value versus cost rated at a 7.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Both bathtubs were dirty on arrival. Shower curtains hadn’t been cleaned or changed out in months. Several of the mattress protectors were disgusting with hair from previous tenants (I guess these aren’t washed between rentals???). There is an area to wash off sandy feet but you have to step directly back into the sand to access the stairs. Though I had several complaints with the cleanliness of the place, our experience as a family certainly outweighed the extra work I had to put in to clean the place.

Property management company was super quick and helpful when our room code didn’t work. We called and within a couple of minutes the code was reset and we were in. You can’t get any closer to the beach unless you camped out on the beach. The only negative thing is the parking situation. We had a large truck and a car and parking was tight.

Reviewer Comments: We rented Ocean Townes 2 a month before our vacation was planned, we originally booked a hotel for more money for the exact week and realized a house seemed more logical with 4 young kids. The house was perfect!! The views are spectacular and you are literally like 25 yards to the ocean from the house. It was the best vacation we ever had. The check out process is one of the easiest I have ever had renting a house. It comes with linens but you have to put them on the beds yourself which I was not ready for at 10pm when we arrived but not a big deal. Before we left the tv stopped working we called and they sent someone right away. We did have an issue with the trash never being picked up from the previous stay and every time we called they told us it would be picked up and never was which made it real tricky with 4 kids when leaving there was a lot of trash. But overall that was a minor mishap. The house is a mile from literally everything including Walmart so we didn’t have to drive far for every day stuff. I never wanted to leave and was sad when we did. Hoping to rent again!
