Some in the same building and some just up the road. With the huge kitchen, common area and wraparound balcony, there was more than enough for everyone at meals. Well equipped condo with lots of baking sheets, large pots and pans for cooking for all.

The apartment is large and airy, with wall to wall windows in the living room, which gave a fantastic view of the beach and ocean. The beds were very comfortable, there were ample towels supplied and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. If you plan on cooking, you will have to bring your own condiments and spices, as the cupboards and fridge were completely empty. This probably was partly due to Covid precautions, and was therefore understandable. The only minor drawback was that there were no lamps at all in the unit. Having a bedside lamp by which to read would have been a nice touch. Overall, we loved our week here and would readily recommend it and book it again if we find ourselves in Garden City.

My only complaint for the property was it was listed to have a queen sofa bed, and we had 2 teens to sleep on it; however, there was no queen sofa bed. There was a sectional with a chaise lounge on one end and a recliner on the other, but they were not suitable for sleeping. I had to purchase a blow up mattress for them. The condo did not really sleep 10 as advertised. I’ve noticed the description no longer says sleep sofa, but it still says it sleeps 10. That said, it was as a beautiful place to stay and we would return again.
