A great view to wake up to each day!

Decorated nicely. All newer appliances. Comfortable Master BR bed. Beach chairs & toys were a nice addition. No need for an umbrella because one was provided on the beach each day! So we never had that hassle.And that balcony. Wow! So perfect!We enjoyed our stay!

Another great vacation at One Ocean Place

This was our second trip this year to Surfside and staying at One Ocean Place. This was our first time staying in this unit however. It was beautifully decorated . No detail spared.Views were breathtaking. Owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. When we need a Three bedroom condo again this will be the unit.

It was everything we needed and more

We have been staying at One Ocean Place every year since 2016. This condo instantly became one of our favorites we’ve ever stayed in. It had everything we needed, was clean, and had an incredible host to work with when we needed. We got hit with bad timing of a tropical storm coming through and the host made sure we had everything we needed to hunker down for a couple days, including sending local indoor ideas for things to do with our kids. We could not have asked for anything more for this trip.

Fantastic beach property

The location and property was fantastic. The property is very well maintained, secured and accessible. The condo was exceptional and Tony was very responsive to our questions. The unit included an assigned beach umbrella and chairs everyday - such a nice amenity! The beach even had lifeguards. Great place for families to visit. Lots of restaurants nearby. Quiet in the evenings. We loved it!

Location, Location, Location

We cannot say enough about the lovely condo, and fabulous view from the windows. We were traveling with two family members (89, 95 years young) and we were able to easily access the beach together, and they were able to thoroughly enjoy each day on or off the beach thanks to the spacious balcony. Tony was a wonderful host. He could not have been more attentive. Thank you very much for a beautiful holiday experience.

Another wonderful stay!

This was our second stay here and it did not disappoint! The place was super clean and everything we needed was provided- bed linens, bath towels, kitchen appliances, beach chairs, games, SmartTVs in all rooms. This unit has amazing views. Chair and umbrella service is included—Two Chairs and one umbrella is included. The building has recently updated its security system and we were advised well ahead and given all instructions needed. We have 2 adults with limited mobility- both walk but use walkers/ mobility scooter; this condo allows them to manage quite well. The balcony offers such a great view that they can enjoy sitting on balcony when going down to the beach is difficult. Tony was very responsive to all questions. Our week went by too fast and we’re already looking forward to next year!

Perfect Vacation!

We've stayed at a few condos at One Ocean Place and this unit was by far the most beautiful, recently remodeled unit. We've enjoyed the property so much we'd love to come again and make it a family tradition. The condo was beautiful with its amazing views, clean, and stocked well with ideal items for use to make it feel like home for the week! Thank you for a great vacation and we hope to see you again!

Wonderful!

The condo is exactly as it appears in photos and in how it was described. Tony is a wonderful host and was readily available and communicative with any questions or help you may need. The condo has beautiful views of the ocean, is very clean and has everything you need. It’s location is prime to go to the beach, pool and easy to access grocery stores and restaurants, activities, etc. it is just about dead center between Surfside and Garden City
 perfection location! Just an aside
we’ve stayed in a lot of places through the years where furniture, i.e. couch and beds, was not comfortable. This is not the case here
 comfy beds and couch! We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Tony!

Wonderful stay!

This is the second time I have stayed at this condo with my family. We had another wonderful stay! Condo is excellent. We really enjoyed sitting out on the huge balcony and watching the ocean. The owner is great to work with. Book the condo, you won't be disappointed!

Family beach week

The property is amazing. It was perfect for our family. Good central spot to head to Myrtle or Murrells Inlet. We pretty much spent most of our days enjoying the beach or pool at the property. Also, it was so nice that the owner rents a umbrella and two chairs daily for his guests. Would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful place!

This is a beautiful property- everything has been recently updated and furnishings are really inviting. Beautifully decorated. The views of the strand —from balcony and inside —are spectacular. We had 4 adults and two kids and found the condo extremely comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed, including an air fryer! It was extremely clean. Note that there’s no usable closet in the bedroom that has 2 twin beds, but there are 2 dressers with lots of drawer space so it wasn’t an issue. Also, The master bedroom closet is huge and has lots of hanging space. The owner was very responsive to our questions and even came by to help when needed. Beach access is very easy . The balcony includes a table and 4 chairs and also 3 lounge chairs.. Can’t say enough about this property! We had a wonderful vacation here and are hoping to return next year.

Wonderful Condo, Beautiful Beach!

Do not hesitate on booking this condo! Tony is a wonderful host and even checked in on us to make sure we didn't have any issues. He also supplies an umbrella and two chairs from the Beach Services. They set them up every morning with the condo # on them so you can just sit and enjoy. Marissa was our girl for the week and she's wonderful. Don't forget to tip them, they deserve it. There are also extra chairs in the condo which we used since we had a large party of 6. Plenty of beach toys in the closet as well. We did have to go buy a large frying pan because the one in the condo is too small for a meal the size we needed but that was no big deal. The kitchen is well stocked for your needs and it's the first condo we've rented that has a supply of dish pods, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. I don't know if this is a normal thing or if they were left from previous tenants but it was nice. The location was perfect for us because we didn't want to be on a super busy beach in the middle of everything. It's also not so far away from Myrtle Beach activities that you don't still feel like you're in the middle of it. We were worried about so much white furniture with the kids but it didn't end up being an issue. The condo was also one of the cleanest we've ever had. Not a speck of sand on the floors when we arrived, no hidden wrappers under dressers, etc. The appliances are all very nice as well. The balcony is large enough for all and has perfect views! 2023 family vacation

This was a great property for a family vacation! Easy access to the beach and pool, clean property and the owner was quick to communicate. Good golf and perfect beach. They had beach chairs and some other equipment there as well, so don't pack those! We would totally recommend!

Myrtle Beach Vacation

Tony’s place was fabulous, just as in the photos. He was a great host and very responsive to our questions. The unit has been recently updated and was clean. It’s so spacious and the views of the ocean are breathtaking. Our family really enjoyed the time in Tony’s unit. We would definitely stay in his place again it’s a gem in Myrtle Beach.
