Good and Bad!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Internet did not work and when replaced half way through trip it still worked off/on. Balcony furniture small and low & could not see over. Covers were stained and old. Enjoyed view by standing, not relaxing. Should get a discount for this!! Things still need updating from hurricane, probably should have waited to rent till everything was completed. Workers also at complex working on stuff and very noisy!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only two complaints about the condition of the property: (1) kitchen faucet dripped constantly; (2) throw rugs in bathroom were in need of laundering. Otherwise, the property was perfect for us and in an excellent location, close to grocery store and restaurants. We couldn't believe how close the beach was! We loved the balcony/deck and the fact you could access the beach from it. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped with dishes, pots, pans, etc. We will definitely consider staying at this property should we return to Myrtle Beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property had a great view and I loved the balcony! Size was good for the location, however the property could use some updating. I loved how we had access to the beach from the balcony as well. The door handle to the sliding glass door was broken and we had some trouble with ants. Overall I was happy with our stay but had I paid "in season" prices, I would not have been satisfied.

The view and outside deck was great! the inside was very outdated and the living room was too small for more than 3 people to sit in and watch tv. So it's a great place as long as it does not rain and you have to stay inside.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is the shower head in the bathroom only sprayed one weak stream of water, making showering an unpleasant experience. If the shower head was fixed and the walls wiped down in the entry way, I would have no complaints.
