This condo was absolutely beautiful. Very clean. They provided towels and the kitchen has everything you need if you choose to cook ( we are out) . The back patio was good size and you can see the beach from it. Very nice area. There isn’t a short of restaurants if you choose to eat out. Will definitely book again if we are headed that way again.

Wonderful space and location!

This is our second stay at this place and we will always go back. The rooms are decorated so nicely and the kitchen has all the cookware we needed. We loved taking just a few steps to get on the beach and a short drive for dinners and shopping. The beds are super comfy, breakfast on the balcony was lovely, and there is a lot of storage for personal items. There was some sand on the floor when we arrived but that can be expected. Don’t pass up this rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off the interior of the condo was fine. It could have been a little cleaner. There are 2 big issues. One and the biggest my wife and 2 kids, 7 and 9 got stuck on the elevator the first day Saturday. Had to call 911. The next day the elevator repair guy came to fix. Sunday I got stuck on the elevator and had to once again call 911. They said it would be fixed Tue. Well it wasn't fixed for 4 days and our disabled grandmother was not able to leave. It ruined her trip and did not allow our kids to experience it with their grandmother. The other part is the parking. There are not enough spots and we had to park down the street multiple times.

It doesn’t have a pool but we never use a pool when we’re at the beach anyway so it was perfect for us. The ONLY negative thing I could say is that there’s not a lot of parking but we figured it out. Reviewer Comments: For a condo that can sleep 6-8 guests, it would be nice to have more seating in the main living area, which comfortably seats only 5, with one sofa and two chairs. The kitchen could use a few more basic utensils and cookware/bakeware, specifically a large salad bowl and a griddle for pancakes and grilled cheese. These few things would make it absolutely perfect!

There is an even better view from the porch than the listing shows. Incredibly convenient beach access and location. Walking distance from Conch Cafe, River City is a short drive. Note that there are really just two showers, one bath has a jacuzzi tub and does have a wand that you can use to wash your hair.

Amazing condo... but....

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was beautiful. The owner of this condo spared no expense. I’m giving them 5 stars because of that. However, when we arrived at 5pm, the cleaning inspector was still there. Check in was 4pm. So thank goodness we were late. I don’t think she inspected that well. The sheets had not been changed. We washed them ourselves. Dishwasher still had dishes in it. The washer was full of dog hair and a dog collar. Gross! The master shower was not draining. Had to buy drano. The floor was still Sandy. The sliding glass window was filthy. Our water was shut off for 4 hours one day. So, all that was disappointing. I hope the owners see this review.
