wonderful wedding vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Came down for my youngest daughter's wedding. The condo was very spacious and nice. We always stay in the Garden City/ Surfside beach area. Will definitely rent a unit here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is quite nice and furnished beautifully. The one negative thing I will say is that this unit is not as clean as the other units we have stayed in. I clean for a living so I do notice everything. Attention in master bath tile around floor I dusted myself because it had not been done for a while. And sliders in main space were a mess. I think they tried to clean but whatever they used did nothing but smear in one BIG circle. I went out and bought window cleaner and did it myself.I think owners need to know about cleaning service.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was clean... property is a little older but in decent shape. This particular room could use a little paint and culk redone around sinks. Lots of dishes and silverware, etc... furniture was comfy and living area was roomy. Staff was great parking was fine. The only thing I would recommend is an Ice machine on premises. Ice machine in room was slow. Love that there is an office in the building for Garden City Reality and lived the keypad vs. a key to get in and out. Overall though great stay!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice unit, but we would not stay again until the 2 mattresses are replaced on the twin beds in the guest room. My one child slept on the sofa bed because it was so uncomfortable and the other child placed the 2 mattresses on top of each other. Other than that it was a good unit.

Guest room has one light (a floor lamp.) Same tile throughout. A good place but not great.
