Second time at this unit, just as good as the first time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thought being on the first floor this condo might not be the one for us, we we're wrong. Being so close to the beach you can hear the waves inside all the time. You feel the wind coming in from the ocean and can see the white caps at midnight. It's all pretty cool. A bonus was letting our 16 year old daughter and her girlfriend go to the beach alone as long as they stayed in front of the condo. You can look out and make sure they're doing what they said they were going to do. We felt this condo was nice enough to book it a second time. We had only two downsides...the microwave worked but sounded like it was dying and the garbage disposal has seen better days. Everything else was great. If we weren't planning on renting a beach house for a family vacation next year we would stay here again. We would definitely recommend this condo.

The condo was very spacious, clean, and had all the necessary kitchen gadgets that we needed. I always bring certain things from home, but it wasn’t necessary in this unit.Will definitely want to stay here again. A downfall was that the description said there were 4 TVs which would have covered all the bedroom. However, one bedroom tv wasn’t connected and maintenance said the property managers wouldn’t approve or pay for 4. Also, the tvs were difficult to operate and there were no instructions. Overall it was great

We had power failure and AC for the whole area and maintenance was handling it quickly and professionally to get everything back up and running! The only complaint....the mattresses!!!PLEASE get new or a pillow top for them! All were very uncomfortable! :(

Best Spot at Surfmaster

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 108 is definitely the best located room that we have stayed at so far. We loved being on the first floor versus the higher floors as taking the steps one flight was way better than always waiting on the elevator! We also liked the view from the 1st floor better which I found very strange! The room itself was mostly awesome, too. The kids loved the bunk beds in the middle bedroom and having 3 bedrooms was also great! The pictures definitely do the room justice but there were a couple things that need some attention. The TV in the LR had a dark spot running from top to bottom near the middle of the screen that was about 6 to 8 inches wide. Not a huge deal as we barely watched it during the day anyways. The other issue was all of the breakable trinkets decorating the suite that small children can grab and break! Not a deal breaker by any means but we had to do move a lot of things out of reach and my 3 year-old still broke a decoration! There is a really cool sail boat hanging from the wall in the kids bedroom that was barely hanging on to the silly picture hangers that were used. I get wanting to make it look nice but sometimes less is better. Otherwise a great room and we're sad that we won't need it in the future.

The only issue we had was our pool closed a couple days off and on and my son loved the pool, and was upset he couldn’t play those days. Beautiful condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was absolutely beautiful with beautiful views. It was spacious and had a well stocked kitchen. There are no empty cabinets or pantry to put your stuff so any kitchen stuff we had/food just took up all of the counter space. The beds were very uncomfortable. All of our backs hurt. They are just plain, basic mattresses. They could use an upgrade! The floors were filthy from day 1, we had black feet the first night. Lots of leftover sand from previous renters. Some real confusion regarding check in. Received 2 different emails with 2 different addresses for check in. Room door was to be unlocked, it wasn't. No one in the office would answer the phone, office door has a sign that says DO NOT KNOCK to call. Security was less than pleasant when asking for help. Overall it was good and I would stay again!!

When you are in the living room, you feel like you are sitting on the sand. Plenty of dishes, utensils, cookware. More than any other place we have stayed. It was clean, air condition system kept up. Our room was really close to where we parked. Just really don't have anything bad to say about it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the same place as last year, #108. The place is great. We just had to leave 5 days early due to the hurricane. We didn't take the travel insurance but it would have been nice if Garden City realty would have given us 5 days at a later date. Instead we just lost our money. My husband has stage 4 cancer and this was most likely his last vacation with us. We will be back next year and Lord willing he will make it too.
