Property exterior was quite run down-also had dilapidated farm building attached. The interior does not match the exterior at all. We only found out a week before we travelled that there was a hire charge of 20 euro per room for bedding for stays of 7 days or less, had to pay 60 euro more on arrival for our 7 night stay . This is omitted from property details, I think this charge is outrageous. On positive note- the defective oven was replaced in 2 days and Pierre`s wine is excellent.

Très agréable

Le lieu parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances. On regrette de ne pas avoir pris 2 semaines.En bonus une réduction de 20% sur les vins du domaine. Toutes les déclinaisons de Méli-mélo sont excellentes et le confidentiel Mme Chardonnay est un régal pour les amateurs de blanc.

Traumhaft schöne Unterkunft

Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen.Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt, wir haben jeden Tag Tennis gespielt und der direkte Zugang zum Fluss war ein Traum! Selten eine Unterkunft gehabt, die die Wünsche von allen Reisenden abdecken kann.Auch die Führung durch das Weingut war super und wir haben uns mit reichlich Vorräten eingedeckt (unbedingt Platz im Auto einplanen.)

Quiet and enjoyable vacation near the river

We are the family of 7 adults and 2 children and stayed in the house of Pierre three weeks. We really much enjoyed our stay. The house has 4 bedrooms and sleeping options in the living room. It is very nice and modern decorated and have everything that is needed for a longer stay with the bigger group. The pool is great, as well as jaquzzi and a big roofed terrace from where you can enjoy watching into the garten, observe the birds and hear the river to that you also have a possibility to go to (though a bit hard to get to through the garden). Our children really liked playing by the river. The next supermarket and a small town are very easy to get to. There are several nice things to see and visit nearby and some playgrounds in 10 minutes drive. It is also not that far from the Mediterrian Sea (Valras-Plage, 30 minutes drive). We liked hiking in the area, walking with dog enjoying the beatiful views to Orb, running. Tennis court and bouledrom are also great additions and were used frequently. Degustation at Pierres Chateau was a great experience. There were some small things that could be fixed (like kettle was not working or light in one of the rooms) but all in all it was very great experience, recommended! Pierre, thank you very much!

Maison au calme ,bien située, proche de la rivière, piscine ,jacuzzi, tres appreciable. Chambre spacieuse, literie de qualité, tele ,wifi fonctionnel. Seul bémol équipement électro-ménager décevant manque prise ou multiprise ,pas d'éclairage extérieure .

Gîte Pépite

Quelle suprise d'avoir trouvé ce gîte, tout était parfait, la magnifique rivière en bas + le sublime canyon à une dizaine de min à pied nous on largement suffit en plus de tout ce que proposait la maison. De plus, le propriétaire, Pierre, est une personne formidable, d'une gentillesse rare ET cérise sur le gâteau, propriétaire d'un vignoble auquel nous sommes allés nous fournir pour notre semaine de vacances (vin très bon et avec une réduction pour les locataires du gîte). Nous avons déjà prévu de revenir l'été prochain ! PS : Merci Pierre :)

Tal van mogelijkheden

Leuke locatie met veel mogelijkheden, . Er zou wel in de advertentie mogen vermeld worden dat er veel trappen in het huis zijn. Voor ons was dit geen probleem. De nabijheid van de Orb was een groot pluspunt. De eigenaar is stelselmatig aan het vernieuwen. Er is nog werk aan het huis maar dit stoort niet bij je verblijf, vonden wij. We zijn dus benieuwd hoe het er in de toekomst zal uitzien! Ook een zeer sympathieke eigenaar!

Séjour au top !

Si vous recherchez une maison adaptée aux grandes familles, une maison où on se sent bien parce que c'est une vraie maison de famille, alors vous ne serez pas déçus. L'accès à la rivière est un vrai plus. Le propriétaire, Pierre, est vraiment très sympathique et souple.

Un petit coin de paradis

La maison est très agréable et toute équipée pour un séjour détente au calme. Propriétaire très disponible et accueillant. De belles balades au départ de la maison et accès faciles pour des visites dans la région. Des vacances parfaites. Il est juste difficile de repartir!

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir (und unser Hund) hatten zwei entspannte Wochen im Haus verbracht. Es ist alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Pool und Jacuzzi haben zur Entspannung beigetragen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat immer sofort auf Fragen reagiert. Einzig das WLAN ist nicht besonders gut.

Plutôt maison de campagne

Nous sommes à la fois déçu mais il persiste un super point positif l'accueil et l'amabilité du propriétaire. Cependant les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité certes le lieu et calme et paisible mais l'entretien et la propreté sont plutôt négliger. Voici les points négatifs : - wifi catastrophique - entretien et accès plutôt négliger - terrain de pétanque et tennis à l'abandon - contour de la piscine vert - pas de climatisation - accès à la rivière compliquée pas d'entretien de la verdure - douche froide remplie de calcaire Point positifs : - magnifique piscine - excellent accueil dommage que l'on puisse ressentir que le propriétaire a l'air débordé mais super accueil - chambre à l'étage magnifique avec salle de bain privatif - lieu calme -

Ein schönes, aber auch etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Haus. Toller, großer Pool, sehr schöne Lage mit viel südfranzösischem Charme und einer wunderschönen Flusslandschaft mit tollem Badespass und Felsenspringmöglichkeiten. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und meldet sich zügig zurück, falls erforderlich. Tennisplatz ist nicht wirklich bespielbar und die Boulebahn wenig einladend. Die Duschen in den Bädern funktionieren nicht einwandfrei. Wir hatten alles in allem eine schöne, entspannte Urlaubszeit!

Traumhaft

Die Einrichtung und Lage des Hauses sind wie beschrieben. Man ist für sich, eine angrenzende Wohnung bekommt man kaum mit. Die Kinder haben den Pool sehr genossen, den Whirlpool auch und vor allem die Nähe zum Fluss und die Möglichkeit dort von Felsen hineinzuspringen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge, auch die Fahrt zum nächsten Strand ist mit ca. 30 Minuten gut machbar. Vielen Dank an Pierre - das Wilkommenspaket haben wir sehr genossen! Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.
