Surprised us when we walked in. Room directly across from desk. Hot tub and fireplace in room. Balcony overlooking bay was in corner of bay right next to docks. Hot tub was great after long day sightseeing. But carpet all around it. Nice beach towels for getting out. Decent breakfast for on the go.

It is an older inn but charming. Had room with private jet tub but sign on it when we arrived that it was out of order 🙁. Bonus was chocolate chip cookies put out in the evening. Breakfast was sufficient with a pancake maker. Room was clean. Our room was across from desk and worried about noise but it was quiet.

When we pulled up upon the property, I was a little concerned because the exterior just seemed a little dingy…the exterior could use a pressure washing. But outside of that, our experience otherwise was fairly good! Our only other issue was our AC unit in our room never really caught up with getting our room extremely comfortable for us overnight. But the facility inside and amenities were all very nice otherwise!

Everything was excellent. Except no elevator. And our rm was 2nd floor, and my spouse has Parkinsons. But the staff was wonderfully helpful and helped me with our luggage. We will be going there to stay again.

Overall i really like this hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating any time i have questions. Its in a nice area as well. My main issues is the cleanlyness. I have been in 3 different rooms, and all of them were gross. One of them had food on the bed as if an employee took a break and ate on the bed. My son is one and was crawling on the floor for about 10 minutes and his knees and feet were black. Caked with dirt. I would absolutely stay here again, but theh really need to clean the carpets. Its just gross.

Amazing Stay

Had an amazing 3 day stay at the Weathervane. I can't say enough about JJ and her team. She went over and above for me while stressing about my family wedding and some logistic issues. The rooms are very nicely appointed and we truly enjoyed our stay! Thanks again to JJ and team! She gets things done with a smile and thanks for the hug!
