The Magnificent Villa Sunset is an exceptional and rare jewel on the island of Mykonos. It is located in Aleomandra facing Delos and its colorful sunsets. The construction and architecture of the villa is a flawless combination of modern and traditional Mykonian style.

The house is surrounded by a very spacious white-stone terrace and a superb huge pond-style waterfront infinity pool. Various terraces and relaxation areas embrace the property. In the pool, the beautiful marble deck with comfortable sun-chairs promises a relaxing morning. The spacious outdoor dining and BBQ area are perfect for the resident's gatherings.

The living room is decorated with elegant and modern furniture. The living room, and formal dining area, feature large windows and balconies overlooking the pool and the sea, offering a panoramic view of the Aegean even while indoors. Two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are located on the ground floor.

The upper floor features a master bedroom and two more similar bedrooms, all with their own en suite bathrooms. Three guesthouses are located below the swimming pool. The guesthouses can be accessed by two side stairs from the swimming pool featuring en suite bathrooms, king-size beds. One more guesthouse is located at the entrance of the Villa, featuring a king-sized bed with en suite bathroom and stunning view of the sea and Sunset.

Amazing staff, great views, so-so interior

The staff of the resort that manages this villa are truly amazing in every respect - professional, engaging, helpful, competent, at your service for all aspects of your stay including restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, housekeeping needs. The villa has some very nice features including great views, spacious terraces for lounging, dining, entertaining. The bedrooms are adequate and comfortable, but many of the bathrooms are pretty basic - not even a hint of luxury. The kitchen is completely inadequate for the size and capacity of the villa - poorly outfitted, cramped and substandard. Whoever designed and executed the interior flooring - a mix of tile, engineered wood and aluminum trim - was obviously cost-constrained and/or had no clue what they were doing. A truly great renovation opportunity for someone with means and vision. Overall, our family and friends had a fun vacation week using the villa as a base to explore different beaches, restaurants and clubs around the island. We managed to look past the deficiencies inside and focus on the beautiful outdoor spaces at Majestic Villa Sunset.
