The check in process through Vacasa was terrible. Sent text-no response, used given email - no response, called 3 times with the first being cut off, the second telling me she had to talk to her manager and would call back in 10-20 minutes. Never called. After an hour waiting called again with answer saying go into the property to get access code where their communication said it would be sent to me. Also was told the person who was to call back had left for the day. I asked the 3rd person that Vacasa should do something to compensate me and I wanted to speak with a manager. Call got cut off
Getting to the room, air conditioner was noisy and refrigerator ran constantly and never really got cold. Also floors were wet and sticky. Told property people who had someone reclean the floors but nothing done to air conditioner or refrigerator.
The property is every run down and no way looked like the posted pictures
