Nice cozy condo steps from the ocean

Clean and very comfortable. Felt right at home and we enjoyed the pools as well as the hot tub. We love the general store and the other establishments within walking distance of the condo

Great location. Beds were comfortable. WiFi was fast. Cons: not enough towels for drying off after showering and the ones that were provided were way too small. Couch cushions were dirty looking. Super long code for door lock to get inside each time.

Beach stuff stolen

We left all of our beach stuff down by our car the night before we left because we washed everything and we’re letting it dry & when we came back down everything was back. life jackets beach toys my yeti bucket. When we contacted the security and maintenance people they acted like we were in an inconvience. Wouldn’t recommend staying there again.

We loved the Condo. We checked in Monday afternoon. It was in a great location for our family. However, when we went to take showers on Tuesday, we had no hot water. Contacted VACASA, opened a ticket. Was advised we had to wait for the operations manager. Operations Manager called Tuesday late afternoon and joking told us to just take showers in the pools. I personally did not think that was funny at all. He advised he would call us back within a hr to advise what was taking place. This did not happen and when I called him back, his voicemail said he was off till Friday. We leave on Friday and I was not going all week without a shower. I called VACASA back and advised, I spoke to a few managers and they are truly the best! Wednesday came around, still no hot water. The Maintenace man came and advised he suggested we get a different condo. He was not sure when the water issue would be fixed as we were waiting for the owner to call them back and a plumber was needed. Short version, we moved to a different condo to finish out our week. This condo is nice. However, if you have issues, I think there needs to be a better method. I spend an entire day on the phone with people.

Great location and the property management was excellent to deal with. I was able to text them when I had any questions and they immediately got back to me. Overall a very good experience. Condo was very well decorated. The only complaint I have is the beds were alittle on the hard side

The condo had recently been redone with all hardwood flooring. It was very clean and pretty. We had no parking pass on arrival and it was taken care of immediately with GREAT communication. The location to the pools and walkover to the beach was great.

Great home away from home

The apartment is exactly as was expected based on the online listing. The location is pretty much perfect with a brief 5 min walk ( with kids) to the beach. We had some minor issues during our stay (dishwasher and bathroom fan didn’t work upon arrival) which their very professional local maintenance team resolved within 24-hours. If I’d make it back to Myrtle Beach again I’d definitely stay in this location again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is in a good location close to the beach and the little plaza next to it if you need anything is very convenient, there is some things that need to be fixed in the apartment like the patio the railings were falling apart they moved and it very dangerous especially with children there was not patio chairs for is to sit on and enjoy it. The sofa was very dirty and there was crumbs in between the cushions and crumbs underneath the shelves.

Great stay

The property was nice for our little family getaway. It was on par with the price and great location with being walking distance to the beach. The only inconvenience we were not too thrilled about were painters working on the exterior of the building. We had not been told to expect this and while my family and I were trying to relax in the place on a break from the beach, we had painters unexpectedly show up on our balcony and surprised us (we had the balcony door open) to tell us they were going to be painting on our deck. They sealed off our balcony with plastic over the door and we did not have access to it on the last day. Would not have been an issue if we were told ahead of time but definitely felt uncomfortable having a stranger climb onto our balcony and pop his head into our place unannounced. other than that we were satisfied with our stay.

Quiet Retreat in Myrtle

Great weekend getaway!

The property was exactly what was listed and very clean! There were some noisy people setting off fireworks in the evenings but to be expected in an area that is very populated. Pool and hot tub were easily accessible. At one point I got locked out of the room and customer service was very helpful and able to get me my access code. Would rent here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed this condo. It came well equipped with everything you’d need on vacation (minus the food, of course). The kitchen was stocked with dishes for use, laundry appliances were available and easy to use, everything was neat and clean. The pools were great. The location is perfect to the beach (walking distance), and close enough to drive to any activity or shopping center. However we were glad to find that it wasn’t close to the busy strip of ppl walking and noise. This unit is tucked away for a true vacation feel. We are planning to stay here each time we visit the beach if the property is available.
