Great Stay

We enjoyed our time staying on this property. It was a short walk to the beach and there were multiple different pools to visit. We had an issue with the actual building maintenance people. Once I spoke with the rental property manager, it was handled quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location - perfect Southern vacation.

If we stay in MB again, it will be at the Myrtle Beach Resort. So easy to get everything needed, and very easy to travel to golf courses, restaurants, and stores. Can't beat the safety and location! Ocean is within a few hundred feet with all anyone could want for great walks and spectacular views! Clean and well kept units with anything that could be needed for a southern trip.

Great week!

We really enjoyed our week in Myrtle Beach. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen has just about anything you'd need to cook a meal. Comfortable beds, I slept so well all week. It's very convenient to have laundry facilities right down the hallway. I would recommend this unit 100%. We have a new appreciation for the location of the Myrtle Beach Resort after a few trips up town. It's much quieter, and seems a much safer area than North Myrtle.

Nice place. Only a couple of concerns. I had to fix toilet seat when I got there. If place was cleaned when we arrived....??? Reported curtain rod broken and texted management. Said that they would come and fix it but no one ever did come.... Wife says she wants to purchase the property if it ever becomes available. The manager was very, very nice. Be back next year!

Overall we enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay very much but had a couple of issues of the cleanliness of the suite. The dishes, counters and stove were dirty. My son cut his foot on something in the area rug in the kitchen and when we picked up the rug a lot of dirt and sand came out as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. When we pulled the sheets down on the twin beds they had blood on them. Management sent a cleaning crew and took care of the issues right away. The elevators were the biggest issue. They definitely seemed unsafe and we got stuck in one because the doors wouldn’t open and the alarm and call button didn’t work. Thankfully a maintenance worker was near by and heard the banging on the door and was able to open it.

Property manager was rude and unprofessional. Unit was so outdated, extra blankets in closet smelled and we couldn't use them. No extra anything like beach chairs, toys etc like all the private owners have. WILL NOT EVER STAY IN THIS UNIT OR ANY UNIT THE MYRTLE BEACH MANAGEMENT COMPANY MANAGES. myrtle Beach resort is nice.

Much needed vacation!

First time doing something like this. I found the whole process smooth, our unit nice for what we needed, the resort very nice and the area provided plenty to do. Feeling lucky we were able to book it when we did as it was kind of a last minute decision.

Weekend stay

Overall listed expectations were met. The location, well the beach was nice. But the rowdiness of the people in this area once the sun went down was annoying. Screaming, yelling, and cars alarms (Same car) kept going off. Walmart was across the street and good restaurants within a two mile radius.

I was very pleased with this property, the only thing I would suggest is having a channel listing in unit each TV had to be operated differently leave instructions for each TV. This unit was very well stocked with what we needed. It was very clean and I would stay here again

Apartment is great

We got the 5th floor on the smallest buildings. The apartment was great. Better than the pictures. There were some very noise people on the resort and there knot too much services but in general was great. I certainly would return some day.

Comfortable and overall nice stay

Wasn't happy with no local tv for 8 days, the management accommodated us as much as they could but we were ready to leave. The unit was clean and well stocked but the bathroom sinks and toilets were low as an older couple it was hard on back and legs. I would recommend but would probably not return. We felt comfortable and did enjoy ourselves and feel bad we couldn't use it for 2 winter months.

We really enjoyed our stay and always do at MBR, but there was a couple of issues with cleaning under the beds and the curtain rod at one of the front sliding doors was pulling out of wall so we were unable to use that door, but overall the rental was very nice and as always we love our time at Myrtle Beach!!
