The room was not clean , stains on the sheets, the floor was gross, the neighbor ing room was playing music so loud our room was vibrating i called from desk to complain they said they would take care of it but nothing was done, also the smell of Marijuana so soo strong it was making us sick, and the room reeked of smoke and Marijuana. The capet was gross and torn up. The celing was leaking . This room was disgusting only good thing about the whole room was the view.

I asked several times for a blanket and was told they had to find one and I asked at 8am and at 840pm still nothing. They allow people to play loud music all night long. We were beside the elevator and had to listen to the screeching noise all night long. The smell of weed is so strong that you get high in a non smoking room. No house keeping.

Nice view from the balcony.....Mold in the bathroom.. Paint and popcorn ceiling fallen down.. Smelled like pet urine...2 usb ports on rusted lamps didn't work . Mini fridge didn't work... Looked like the front door frame had been kicked in.. framing and wall cracked around main door...hole in bathroom door...You can put your hand underneath the entrance door and see outside... Mice or something can get inside... Knob on shower tub combo falling off.... Light fixture has short in bathroom...

it was a joke . Dirty inside and out Bags of trash in parking area when i got there Fri and was still there when i checked out Sun. Even more had been added to the pile. Oceanside deck was littered with plastic cups party stuff when i arrived and still there when I checkout. not even have a towel rack in bathroom. windows so dirty sun light would not shine thru them. TV only played cartoons. or pay channels. only half of lights worked all lamps where rusted like there where 100 years old . even after paying a Resort Fee that's high as room charge , never had any one service room hole stay. Worst place i have ever stayed in.

Very nasty , black mold in bathroom and around Wall, double charged,paid before I got there charged again at time of arrival, bed was broke or something terrible place very rundown rusty doorknobs cut my fingers on it , roaches crawling up walls I do not recommend this place rude service when I ask about charge's stay elsewhere

Old and not that clean

The rooms were old and not very clean. It was extremely noisy. The office staff was OK with the exception of the night we checked in. They had an ice machine but no buckets so they handed you a bag to get ice in. The elevator was sketchy. The bed was extremely hard. Will chose differently next time.
