Loved the location. Second floor South Tower. The condo decorations and colors are very nice, very soothing. Bathrooms are gorgeous. Loved the living room roku that has “enter your checkout date” which will erase all the renter’s credentials. Loved the multi-device charging stations that could easily handle old iPhone plugs, new iphone plugs, androids, ipads, etc. Fyi: just fair warning: both Verizon cellular and AT&T cellular had only one-bar coverage. Additionally, the wifi signal was not strong and not secure.

I'll start by saying I would 100% stay here again. The view is awesome and overall we had a wonderful time. It's close to everything and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. However, I hope they address some of the issues such as black mold in the master shower and years worth of dust coming out some of the vents. Also, one of the main reasons I booked here was it had an in suite washer/dryer. The dryer doesn't dry clothes efficiently. It gets warm but never really dries the clothing. I'm assuming there is a blocked vent. This was also mentioned by someone in the guest book in 2021! It was really inconvenient because we packed less planning to wash and dry clothes while we were there.

As last time, the condo was great. Clean, well maintained. We have been coming to Ocean Creek for 23 years. Stayed in many different units. This one is one of our favorites. We cant wait to come back!

Perfect location steps from the beach!

Highly recommend this condo for your Myrtle beach vacation. Beautiful views, clean and spacious and close to plenty of restaurants and shops! The place is exactly as pictured. While the building and hallways are dated, once you walk inside, it’s a beautiful oasis. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Pool and hottub were sparkling and perfect after a beach day. Communication was awesome and check in a breeze!

Great summer getaway

We had a wonderful three days - nestled in what was a great off-the-main stretch community, with a fantastic view, and perfect beach access. Parking was a breeze, the facility and grounds were clean and well-maintained. The only negative in our particular condo was the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable.

Quick get-away

Our stay was really great, everything was with-in a short drive or even a short walk. The weather was great and allowed us to enjoy the beach as well as the Pools!! So many food places in the area, along with grocery stores near-by.

Family Vacation

We have stayed at Oceans Creek multiple times in the past so we are very familiar with the grounds. It is perfect for our family. We really enjoyed this condo, the size was perfect, we loved that it was on the second floor and the fully equipped kitchen is great, it had everything we needed!! We would def stay again!

Bathroom showers could of been cleaned better. Scum and mildew build up. There was a hole patched in the master bathroom but wasn’t sanded or painted by towel rack. Carpet in master bedroom needs to be cleaned it was crunchy hard in spots.

Enjoyable Condo with Amenities

We enjoyed our stay here - the condo was very nice and had a view of the pool and ocean. We enjoyed the bar and grill on the grounds as well as the pool. We found it odd that although the condo sleeps 8, there were only 4 chairs for dining.

Beautiful condo with super view. The kichen was best equiped we've ever had at any location. We brought a Kurig, blender and waffle iron but all were provided. The TV in master bedroom a bit of a problem. No way to see channel line up. Takes forever to find a channel. Took me 15 minuts to find MSNBC. Maybe ad a ROKU like in the living room? We would definitely rent again.

Second stay was not so great

This we our second year renting this exact condo through VRBO North Beach Reality. Our first stay last year was wonderful and enjoyable. However, our recent stay did not fare so well. We had two families of 4 with young children and we stayed Saturday to Saturday. The dryer did not work after the first day and at that time we called for maintenance. They came promptly, however we were not kept updated on the process of if the dryer was going to be fixed. We had to keep calling North Beach Reality to ask to get the dryer repaired and I requested clean towels which we never received. With having small children, we had to wash clothes and hang them all around the condo to air dry each day. Also, we ran out of clean towels so we had to wash and hang dry those as well. The dryer was finally fixed on Thursday afternoon and we checked out Saturday morning. Also, there was an abundance of roaches on the balcony each time we gathered out on it, so that took away for the beauty and was not as enjoyable as the past year. Lastly, the WiFi is terrible in the unit.

Great Stay!

The condo was clean and very updated. The view was amazing and the unit was well stocked with everything we could need. Check in process was easy and quick. We did not have any issues to call the property manager about during our stay but they had clear instructions on how to get in touch with someone if you needed to. Will definitely stay here again!

Condo was a lovely experience and a pleasant surprise. Been visiting Ocean Creek for a decade and stayed at many privately owned condos. Its nice to visit a condo that has been recently updated. Condo was very clean and love what they did with the kitchen to make it more open. We cook alot so big plus there. Only issue we had was with kitchen faucet handle that was very loose and maintenance could not repair. Pros: Updated baths, floors, kitchen. Kitchen and master bath were well done. There was a crockpot which was great, but we brought our own just in case. Kudos on having a keurig! The closet of beach stuff was well stocked, though we did not know what to expect so we brought our own. Cons: Dining table oversized, bulky and uncomfortable. Not enough chairs for 5 or more people to sit together. A thinner table that you can get legs under would be ideal with seating that can be used at counter as well would be great plus in that unit. There was not a throw rug in living room at slider or in kitchen, but we always bring our own throw rugs to keep these areas safe for our family so no issue for us but would be nice for future guests. Master screen slider works but not a tight fit so we kept door glass closed all the time to prevent palmetto bugs from sneaking in. Master bath had no hairdryer, but we were prepared for it. Guest bath has a hairdryer. We could not figure out how to turn porch lights on. Bulbs may be burnt out and we did not find extra bulbs until the day of departure. Condo needs a better manual can opener. We always bring our own so no issue there. Overall it was a great stay in this condo. It had everything we needed. It would be helpful to list the amenities specific to the condo so people do not overpack for their stay. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us!

Only One Star Because I Can’t Give It Zero

Couldn’t check in on time due to late cleaning. Got to the room and found it had not been cleaned pubic was all over bathroom mold and slim in showers, blood on comforters. Over half the dishes were extremely dirty. A/C filter was clogged had to change it before we could even start to relax. Patches in the walls unpainted. Room has not been kept up water damage that had not been repaired. Faucet in kitchen does not work even when maintenance came to fix it it worked for 5 minutes and then was broken again. Can’t swim in the ocean due to high bacteria this not temporary there are permanent signs on the beach. Not worth the price at all.

Property was beautifully decorated and had amazing views. The property management company was not well organized and it was difficult to obtain your key. Our property was not ready at 4pm, the scheduled check-in due to prior occupant leaving property in unclean condition. So our vacation was off to a little late start and we needed to do alittle cleaning ourselves but in the end the property was a ‘5’ and we would return again very soon. This resort has it all.

We stay at this resort every year. Our usual rental was booked. The condo was great. Clean, all the kitchen items we needed. View of beach was the best. Quiet community tucked away. We will be back next year.

Solid unit

My main comment is that this unit had everything we needed. It was accessible to pool and beach and had all of the things you would need for an enjoyable visit. Lots of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. Plenty of extra blankets in the closet. Easy parking and carts to bring stuff to and from the car. I also liked the security guard up front checking tags for every entrance to the grounds, which makes you feel super safe about the surroundings.
