The best part was the ocean view! The villa was clean and ready for us when we arrived! We definitely plan on staying again and booking the same villa when we do! I highly recommend!!

Beautiful property and family oriented!
Spacious, nice and homey! Beds slept good. All the amenities.
Loved the condo! Clean, everything worked, host was very responsive. Nice having the restaurant and bar downstairs. The only con was the noise, All night long from all sides and the parking lot. We were all exhausted from no sleep. But with all fairness, I believe it was because we were there during spring break
Parking garage/deck was a nightmare, only 1 way in and 1 way out. Very tight parking spaces and poorly lit. People urinating off of balconies and blasting music until 2 AM. Guest service was notified and nothing was done. This "resort" is for younger people who's intentions are to party and hoop and holler until all hours of the night. I will never stay here again. The condo was decent, it's just everything else going on around the resort that brings me to my decision.
The property needs work. It was a lot of rust, unclean floors, remote didnât work, iron didnât work, lint on the fan and using the door code daily was like cracking a safe code.
I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service for this unit. Upon arrival, we were able to gain entry as the cleaning service was just leaving. Afterwards when trying to enter the code on the lock it would not work. After making contact via text message, I was given a new code. It would not work either. These were 10 digit codes and after entering the second number the light would blink red on the lock. I was then given the code for the lock box to have a key to the unit. I explained we have 10 people coming and going in different directions and one key would not be sufficient. I was then given a third code for the door lock, a 4-Digit one, and again it would not work. I was then told someone from the local service with contact me. They never did. I have the exact same locks on my home so I am familiar with them. I really believe it only needed a new battery. So, all weekend we left the unit unlocked and our belongings unsecured. This is total unsatisfactory.
The room was great and just what we were looking for however the managing company I think has a lot of room for improvement. Security could have been a little tighter. People were smoking in common areas (elevator waiting area), leaving trash and I believe families may have been sleeping in cars. We are not judgmental people and generally partake in cocktails but there were full out parties in the parking lots late at night! The only other thing I would say is I thought it was absolutely ridiculous that you can not buy passes to the water park if you book through a private party. It makes no sense that they wouldnât want the money when we were staying at their resort. The room was very clean but the there was an overwhelming scent sprayed prior to us arriving. My son has asthma so we had to air it out for a couple hours until he could be in there.
The facilities are not very clean. The indoor pool is in a large cement room that is far from inviting and the sounds of people screaming becomes deafening and very uncomfortable (due to being in the equivalent of a cement box). We woke up the first morning to a flood in the kitchen due to broken water line on refrigerator. Maintenance came quickly to repair but the bedroom closet and carpet next to the kitchen were soaked with water and left that way. Thereâs no doubt mold will become an issue there. We did call to make sure maintenance was aware and assumed theyâd come back with a wetvac but nobody came to address it. Day two, while my husband and I went to get groceries, my teen daughter called to say a group of men came into the room saying they need to inspect for bed bugs. She asked them to come back another time. I immediately called the lease company but they knew nothing of it. I went down to speak to people on the property and they said the owner of the unit was made aware of the scheduled visit but clearly never told us. Day 4 the smoke detector/fire alarm in the unit began chirping around 11:00 PM. The batteries needed replacing. Something like that I understand happens but the smoke detector was supposed to be replaced two years ago. The beds in the unit arenât the most comfortable, but the biggest issue with them is that they are so noisy. If you move at all you will disturb anyone else in the room. It was awful. When we first arrived, there were two pans that were literally left with food caked on from last person to use it. It was disgusting. We were supposed to have two parking spots but the garage was full the first two nights and we couldnât even park the one car we had. We had to find a spot down the street. I point this out because the listing states the unit comes with parking for two vehicles. I must say, with a little effort and some TLC this place has potential. The elevators smell badly of urine. The location to the beach is great. One thing to be aware of is that there are no beach towels, umbrellas or chairs. You can rent them for nearly. $200/week for two chairs and one umbrella. The chairs on the beach are chained up and apparently only the public Lifeguards can unlock them, but they never came around while we were there so nobody could use them. If traveling to this property then you must bring your own towels and chairs.
Great location is an ocean view. Condo was not well maintained. The lock on the sliding door to the balcony was broken. Thin walls let you hear your neighbors. A lot of lint around the washer and dryer caused allergies and was a fire hazard. Clogged drain in bathroom. Kitchen table chair broken. Beds creak making it difficult for roommates to sleep. Dent in the hallway wall.
The condo itself was good. The beds are comfortable. Nice location to the beach and amenities. There are a few concerns we did have. 1) The lack of communication from Vacasa with questions about the condo. 2) our coffee maker did not have a pot, which I ended up just going and buying a carafe so we could make coffee. 3) our check in time was 4pm. They just started to clean our condo at 3:45, so we sat on the balcony until almost 4:45 with 8 people and all of our supplies. The person cleaning our room was very rude to us about it as well. Lastly. Despite these issues, I would stay here again. I wish there was a notice that the indoor pool and hot tubs were in a different building than ours. You have to walk out through the parking garage and across the drive into the other building to use it. Not a big deal, but people with young kids could be a bigger issue.
The suite late is nice, but very outdated with a very off putting smell.
The suite was not cleaned well, we found left over underwear from a group that stayed there before us and there were no Washing clothes or towels.
The night of the arrival we started contacting customer service to be able to get service for the next morning. After serval calls to the next morning we didnât get service until noon and completely through off our itinerary.
We even called the house manager and he seemed like he did not want to help us and even stopped taking our calls.
When the housekeeper arrived they tried to say we booked our trip last minute when we booked more the a week prio to the trip.
